Garden formal for Saturday — long dresses, linen suits, soft colours. The ceremony is outdoors on granite and grass, so choose a block heel or a flat. Evening on the water runs ten degrees cooler than town; a wrap or jacket is genuinely necessary, not decorative.
Two chartered boats leave Long Wharf on Commercial Street at 3:00 pm. Please arrive by 2:40. The crossing takes twenty minutes and there is no later service out, so a late arrival means missing the ceremony.
Eleven o'clock sharp, returning to Long Wharf. A second boat leaves at 9:30 for anyone with an early flight or small people in tow.
We love yours, and we have chosen an island with real cliffs. Saturday is adults only. Friday’s welcome party at Oxbow is all ages, and we can share local sitters if you let us know by June.
Your invitation names everyone we've saved a seat for. Boat capacity is fixed, so we are unable to accommodate additions — thank you for understanding.

The garages at Custom House Wharf and Fore Street are the closest to the dock and are open overnight. If you're staying downtown, walk — everything is within fifteen minutes.
